Fabric for Sale!

I have this incredible fabric for sale, Toile Shanghai Bermuda by Duralee.

I absolutely love this print, but I don't think I can use it in our place.  I could see it really working for a little girls room or in a Southern Living inspired space.

100% cotton.  Three yards available.  $16/yard.  Retails for $44/yard! SOLD

Email me (morgan.laske@gmail.com) if interested!

Kate Schintzius

I'm a bit tired as it is day two of an event I'm working on, so I apologize for not having much to say!  But I did come across the home belonging to Kate Schintzius the newest edition to M. Design Interiors, founded by Molly Luetkemeyer, on Little Green Notebook yesterday and I wanted to share it with you.  Her style is exactly what I am aiming for in our new place.  A great use of color and texture...

I love the Palm Springs vibe.

iomoi

Every so often I like to pop over to the iomoi site to see what is new.  While doing so I am always inspired by their stunning designs.  If you are one for color, I suggest you peruse their site.  They have incredible products for the home as well as stationary, desk accessories and more.  Right now I'm lusting after a gigantic ottoman sized tray.

I like the print shown in the photo above but there are so many to choose from!  Here are a few other favorites.

Brainstorming for the Bathroom

So our bathroom is going to be that room that doesn't get much attention until I finish the 20 million projects for the living/dining area and bedroom.  However, I think that once I find a bit more time (even my weekends have been full of work), I could tackle the bathroom easily since it is a relatively small space compared to the rest of the place.  I want a design that has a huge impact but isn't very hard to accomplish.  Does that exist? :)  What do you think of these?

LOVE LOVE LOVE the color scheme.

This bathroom would match my sheet set!

I like this dramatic wall, it reminds me of trees in the winter.  I think I would like more color though.

 Funky lights, gallery wall?

So beautifully subtle.  I could go with a similar pink color and a statement piece... that hardware is to die for.

Checking in at Restoration Hardware

So, I stopped into Restoration Hardware this weekend and was honestly blown away.  Their new collection is so refreshing with it's country chic vibe.  Over-sized nail heads, reclaimed wood, trunks galore and tufted yumminess!  Clearly, there are some worthy pieces that are so not typically of a chain store interiors retailer.

Please, Santa?

My FAVORITE thing from their collections

My second favorite - oh and I'll take two.

Wishful thinking.

A few shots from my visit....

I highly suggest you stop in next time you pass one by.  You'll be pleasantly surprised.
