So, there's a new kid in town...town being the circle of online shelter magazines and the new kid being, TRADhome, an amazing collaboration between Lonny and Traditional Home Magazines. I honestly had no idea what I'd find on the pages of this new virtual mag - maybe something predictable, updated traditional spaces? But I had no idea I was going to find some of the most beautiful projects I've seen featured in an online shelter publication in a long time. I found this one spread on Ballard Design's Louis xvi chairs to be particularly charming, but if you're looking for any sort of inspiration today, do yourself a favor and check out the whole issue here.
As far as the Louis xvi chairs are concerned, check out Ballard's version of this classic piece as it's updated with six different fabulous fabrics selected by six different designers. It's wonderful to see their diverse takes on how to make this traditional piece work in your home.
