The Power Couple

What do you get when you mix a high-end interior designer with the president and executive creative director of Coach?  One creative power couple with incredible digs.  If any of you made it through the 700 pages of the September issue of Vogue (how is anyone expected to do that in one month, btw?) you probably saw the article featuring Reed and Delphine Krakoff and their fabulously renovated home in Manhattan that totals seven floors and 18,000 square feet in all.  I absolutely LOVE how they translated their vision of old-world details and classic furniture into the design, all while reinventing what the believe the house may have looked like when it was built in 1910.

P.S. They have three kids under five years old...

I'm off to do a few fun design things this weekend!  I hope you all enjoy yours.

  1. Gorgeous home! That rug in the first room is fantastic.

But I think the more important question is, what do you get when you mix a high-end interior designer with the president and executive creative director of Coach? A 7-STORY, 18,000 SQ FT HOUSE IN MANHATTAN. Wowee.
