I scored this chair for next to nothing with plans to reupholster it. Funny, since I have little experience with reupholstering anything... But anyway, thanks to Jenny's post on Little Green Notebook and my new book I am going to tackle this bad boy.
The hardest part is deciding what to recover it with. We recently found out that we are moving, so we will have a new space in the next few months - woo hoo! There are a million different directions I could go with it and I definitely want to wait to see how it will fit in first, but here are some chairs I'm using as inspiration.

I was thinking it would be cool to do a solid on the front and a pattern on the back of the chair. J'adore the stripes and the Ikat. I think a linen or burlap could be really cool too... The best part is that I will do a tutorial for you all when I start recovering it. Might be very entertaining. :)
