Until now, the design choices I've made in my home have always centered around neutral colors and classic pieces. But lately I've been attracted to bold colors and graphic patterns, so I have started pushing my design envelope to create a style that is more complex and certainly fun.
The lamp shades I covered last week are a great example, as well as the canvas I painted that is behind the sofa. I've drawn inspiration from some of my design icons.
I am obsessed with how these drapes make such a dramatic statement.
I've been coveting that chair for a loooooong time.
I think I'm going to go with a mustard yellow for the walls in my bedroom...
I think this is my all time favorite room.
